The Advent Fayre raised a smashing £6,497.43 on Saturday!
THANK YOU to everyone involved in making it happen, so many people commented on the lovely atmosphere and seasonal cheer felt on the day.

The Iona School charity fundraising Advent Fayre 2017

On Saturday 2nd December 10.30am – 4pm

A wonderful event for the whole family to enjoy….

This is a long-running event which sees many local people and families from across Nottingham come together for a day of heart-warming good cheer!

Come and try:
• Seasonal vegetarian restaurant
• Café: freshly baked cakes, teas, coffees
• Children’s craft activities
• 30 craft market stalls: Christmas gifts galore from local Nottingham craft makers
• ‘Taste of Iona’ homemade produce: jams, chutneys, preserves, homemade sweets
• Puppet play
• Iona singers
• Make your own Christmas wreath
• Mulled apple juice and waffles
• Grand raffle draw
• Face painting
• Gnome gardens
• Festive singing and busking
• Beeswax candle dipping

All welcome, donation on the door

All proceeds to the Iona School.

Iona School’s Advent Fayre was a resounding success on Saturday! Everyone commented on what a special day it was and a lot of fun was had by all!

It’s amazing what the magical combination of parent power and staff commitment can achieve and this was reflected in the feel-good atmosphere of the day and the fantastic total raised for the school which was £ £6,009.27!

Thank you-thank you-thank you to everyone involved-you have been amazing and to everyone for coming along and supporting the event. We look forward to doing it all again next year:)

Thank you to everyone that supported our Advent Fayre on Saturday. We had a wonderful day of advent cheer and we will have a photo album to share with you soon capturing some of the highlights. We are also delighted to announce that we raised a grand total (minus costs) of £5897.44 (£614.70 more than last year)!  Well done to everyone that helped make the day so special!
