The Iona School
310, Sneinton Dale, Nottingham. NG3 7DN

The Iona School is a well-established and successful Steiner Waldorf primary school, located within 2 miles of the city centre. Our buildings were formerly part of a comprehensive school and have generously sized teaching areas.
Almost 2 acres of land provide great opportunities for developing the outdoor curriculum. There is a large kitchen garden, a craft area, a performance area, play areas and ongoing projects designed to attract and sustain wildlife.
Since the founding of the school we have operated a system of combined classes and alongside this have developed an excellent network of support for our teachers.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher who is committed to developing their understanding of Steiner Waldorf Education and who already has the skill to form our new class in September 2015.

Salary: £19,000 – £23,000 plus pension and healthcare plan.

Closing date for applications: Monday 2nd March 2015

If you wish to apply please send a full CV and covering letter highlighting your skills and suitability for the post to Fiona Stuart, School manager, at the above address, or by email to fiona@theionaschool.org.uk
