Dear All,

Saturday saw the biggest turn out since the ‘old days’ when ‘school maintenance’  days used to attract high numbers every time !

25 people, including some members of staff, came along, for anywhere between an hour or 9. That makes at least 100 hours between us which is about 12 days work  – just think what that would have cost the school – and therefore the parents in added school fees – and we would have been deprived of the fun of a thriving community day. The school was buzzing with sanding, sawing, nailing, hammering, drilling, varnishing with plenty of tea and cakes and a great lunch.

Make sure you take a moment to have a look at the upstairs corridors in the main building (and see attached pics) – they are now beautifully clad with the doors all cleaned up too. Such warmth to those previously cold corridors – so much more nurturing for our children, teachers and visitors.

We are Winning winning winning !

We only have the stairs and entrance hall left to clad (for now!)

For those of you who didn’t manage to experience the WIN WIN WIN, and for those of you who did and want another go – you have another opportunity on Sunday 26th April 10 am – 5 pm.

Huge appreciation and gratefulness to all the time and effort people gave on Saturday.

See you on the 26th April !
