Helping Children Settle into Deeper Sleep

Dr Adam Blanning is giving an online talk for parents and teachers entitled Helping Children Settle into Deeper Sleep.

This will take place at 7.30pm (GMT) on 28 November 2023.

Dr Blanning is an experienced anthroposophical doctor and author of the recent book Raising Sound Sleepers: Helping Children Use their Senses to Rest and Self-Soothe. Anyone who has worked closely with young children and their families will know what a challenging issue this can be for families.   Dr Blanning explores practical ways

in which adults can support children to self-soothe, sleep well and ultimately build resilience for life.   This talk will be suitable for parents of children from birth to Class 3, Early Childhood (including parent and child group leaders) and lower school staff and students.   Please circulate the attached flyer to parents and staff.
